Welcome to EAA Chapter 517's little spot in cyberspace. 517 is head-quartered in beautiful Western Montana, with its home hangar at Stevensville Airport (32S). Members stretch throughout Western Montana. We meet the 3rd Monday each month, see current newsletter for time and location. We invite you come and see the amazing scenery that surrounds us.

Membership Drive and Art Contest
Chapter 517 is looking for new members, of all ages. During our membership drive this summer, we are sponsoring an aviation art contest, open to 14-17 year olds. Prizes will be awarded, in the form of credit for flight instruction. For details, click here. Even if you aren't a teenager or don't have one around the house, if you are interested in airplanes, aviation, or building your own airplane, you are welcome to join us. Check our Calendar and News pages to see what we have in store for the coming season. Regular "flying season" events include monthly Breakfast at the Hanger and barbeques at meetings held at our hanger, along with programs providing information on all aspects of flying, owning, and building airplanes.
